I am Botlhale Nthite β a Computer Science student who believes that the most powerful thing you can do with technology is use it to solve real problems, including your own. I am organised to a fault (my April recess plan was a website, not a sticky note), detail-oriented, and someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of building things.
I am drawn to cybersecurity and networking β the idea of understanding how systems communicate, where they're vulnerable, and how to protect them is something I find deeply interesting. That said, I'm not closing any doors. Whether it's systems design, full-stack development, or database architecture, I want to understand how it all connects.
Outside of tech, I hike to think clearly, scrapbook to slow down, read to stay curious, and trade to understand how numbers tell stories. I've started exploring how to use my coding skills to build tools that support my trading learning journey β and honestly, it's become one of my favourite rabbit holes.

A fully hand-coded personal portfolio built without any frameworks β just HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript. Designed around a purple, black, and white palette with intentional typography, scroll animations, and a layout that communicates personality as much as technical skill.
An interactive, single-page productivity planner covering all 30 days of April 2026. Built because a Notes app wasn't enough β this was a genuine personal tool that became a coding project. Colour-coded time blocks, collapsible day cards, and checkboxes make it functional and personal.
A console-based academic records system with full CRUD functionality β add, remove, search, and display student records. Built as a rigorous exercise in OOP principles and data integrity through input validation.
Two real-world simulation systems in one project: a hospital ward-bed allocation system and a greenhouse temperature monitoring system. Both demonstrate mastery of 2D array data structures and OOP design in scenarios that mirror genuine industry problems.
Four console applications in one submission: a Library Book Management System, an interactive Quiz Application, an array reversal algorithm, and a sentence word-reversal tool. Collectively demonstrating algorithmic thinking, structured C++ patterns, and string processing.
End-to-end relational database design for a multi-entity cultural facility β from requirements analysis and ERD through to normalisation and a live MySQL implementation. A complete database engineering workflow from whiteboard to working schema.
Designed and fully implemented a multi-site enterprise network connecting Johannesburg and Luanda offices β from IP address planning through to dynamic routing, wireless security, and verified end-to-end connectivity. This is the project that confirmed my interest in networking and cybersecurity.
